Pros

This is a well designed product and nicely manufactured. Good enough height to access any light or ceiling nook in a one story home. Great step stool.

The handle is longer than most, which also gives you extra stability. The steps are ample to give the entire foot a stable place. Very durable and strong for my larger size husband.

The top fits to your legs and is comfortable for bracing yourself. It is very sturdy and with the leg support i feel very grounded while standing on the top step. Wish it were a little sturdier, since i weigh 300 lbs.

It unfolds with the greatest of ease and refolds with only one hand. Folds up flat for storage, drilled some holes in the black plastic tool tray to hold screw drivers. Just two screws to mount top bar but quite heavy.

Cons

Very flimsy design. Not sturdy enough for a heavy person. Too heavy for me and not a slim profile. The concept is great, but the functionality just doesn't work.

I like it that it can hold more than 250 pounds which is the max for their competitor

I would be more than willing to pay a higher price for these

I have had 4 hip replacements not accident related and was scared to go above the first step of a standard stepstool
