Had a brain wave and i put the abdominal pad on my neck when i had a migraine desperation it wrapped around my neck and the top of my shoulders i put it on shoulder setting 2 let it crack on

The parts are easy to set up but on me the size of the pads means they folded a bit at the edges

Helped a lot with lower back pain adequate work out if not used to exercising regularly i guess but that isnt what i bought it for

The instructions are poorly written and in bad english and it took me a while to figure it out partly by looking at the existing photos and there are better instructions on the product description
