Pros

This haier is much quieter than other dehumidifiers i've had before. It runs quieter than i thought it would but i still hear it. I never worry about spillage or leaks.

The dehumidifier has the normal power, fan speed, humidity level, and a delay start/stop. It has a smart dry feature that allows the fan speed to adjust automatically.

This dehumidifier is able to keep my bathroom walls from collecting moisture and keeps my bathroom mirrors from fogging up during a * shower. In the warmer months we run it to keep the dampness out to keep our basement from smelling musty and it works... Read More

Haier tends to manufacture good products, and so far i'm happy with this one. Great product, exceeds all expectations. Could not be happier with the purchase.

Tank has a huge tank, making it a lot less tedious to fill constantly. I let my friend borrow it once when he steam cleaned his rug and he was amazed on how much water it collected. The tank has a system built in to stop the device when it is full.

Cons

Lost its coolant after 2 years and 1 week. Material is very thin and flimsy so not surprised it’s not aligned right and rattles. They are all pretty much the same and all pretty marginal.
