Pros

The unit is not too loud, about what you would expect from a large window unit. The wifi app also shows the kwh usage which i find useful. The remote makes adjustment easy. The app also allows you to setup daily schedules for automatic function.

Cons

The construction is flimsy and you can see styrofoam as the main chamber. Horrible service. Ge/haier has the worst customer service ever.
