If your only experience with yogo is traditional western yoga classes it would be best to read a raja yoga book along with it like vivivikanandas book or william walker atkinsons book or even a commentary on the yoga sutras

My only critique is this would probably be better suited for a video series the illustrations can only depict the poses so much
