Pros
It’s literally a lifesaver. It is there so i used it. This fits and i've had it for a while now.
These collars are excellent for day to day wear in terms of their practicality. Like the sturdiness and durability.
Cons
There are plastic covers where the hook and handle connect to the leash, however if it is just tied w knot under neath this, or the plastic is just supposed to keep the leash together, is unknown. Was not chew proof in 5 min dog had chewed through.
His weight is under 25 lbs. It is not! I ordered what was supposed to be a 21 collar, it is at best 17.

The collar when worn is in the shape of a number 8
