These do not blind when looking straighton at them because of the sidescattering design throwing the light into the reflector instead of straight

The one bad part is that they do blind incoming cars and everyonce in a while you get someone flashing lights

Did noticed a humming sound from the fan of these bulbs but only if youre listening for them
