Edit a day later the seller green room got with me right away when i left a 2star review and said they would find out what happened

Today they called me back to tell me that after talking to the manufacturer it was a manufacturing defect they made 100 of these incorrectly however he also said the manufacturer was now only going to produce this mistake boot and they would no longer have full heel bottoms

As such he was not able to solve the problem nor get me the right one

However he has offered to refund half of my cost for the confusion and was totally apologetic for the all the time i have invested in trying to straighten this out

Just be aware that until the company h2odyssey changes their picture to reflect what they actually sell this dealer and amazon will still have the wrong picture and the one you get will not have a full heel in it
