I have spent almost 2 hours on phone being transferred to 4 different departments and the 4th person was more concerned with telling me that she is internal sales than trying to find out who can help me

The 3rd person insisted i give him the phone number on the hotspot even after i offered to send him a pic showing that it is blank for wireless number

My suggestion if you are considering buying a hotspot i wouldwill go into a brick and mortar store to buy it and i would have it activated right then and there and it would definitely not be an att store
