I cannot figure out how to set the time in the united states eastern standard timebut i figured it out just takes a little time i do love the watchgreat purchase the key is hold the watch right next to the phone when you’re changing and setting all of your options to get united states standard time use unit 12

Last night somehow it took itself into sports mode while i was sleeping and wouldnt stop vibrating every few seconds no matter what i tried

I finally took it off and let it die and then recharged it to get it back to normal mode
