Pros

Price is right for business (1065-llc,1120s & 1120) and personal (1040) color me very impressed, improved importing of turbo files from previous tax year, and many other improvements.

Moving prior year data to a new computer and rolling over. Copy the folder to a flash drive. Install prior year business program in the new computer. We have three filers in our house and so far it has handled two just fine.

Cons

The navigation is a joke. The business software has a clumsy user interface. Every year, business tax software becomes more customer unfriendly.

It doesn't help you complete taxes at all, it just asks you the same question that's on the tax form in a different window. The help function is useless. It's hard to tell which subjects are complete and if they look roughly right.
