Pros
Very portable and fita into the pocket of your labcoat. Convenient size and priced well. The font is a little small in some spots but it definitely doesn't take away from it to me.
Saves a lot of time and frustration on the wards. It has all the pertinent information needed for a soap note. I use it in clinical to help organize soap notes.
Cons
H & p book is very small. Too costly. The font is so small its rediculous and makes the notebook useless for me.

Also i didnt think the differential diagnosis spaces placed below the cc helped much most of the patients im currently seeing have more than a few comorbidities and in im they prefer to have the ddx listed by organ system or problem list

Of note i bought this 2 different times and the second one was noticeably warped which was a little annoying

Print and spaces are a little on the smaller size so maybe consider the large text hp option if you find yourself writing big or cant read small print

Therefore if you wanted to tear the paper off to only see one patient’s info you would have to remove both pages which carries along other patients’ info as well

However that one you had to flip the page back and forth as it utilized front and back for the same pagesame patient
