Using this for my dnp clinicals and this product has been amazing so far. This is a great tool if you are beginning rotations. It helps organize your interview and make sure you don't miss important parts of the history.

Cons

Back cover falls through the crimped binding. Noticed the defect after the return window and unable to contact the seller. The other book is fine.
