Pros

It has one his few comic tales, sweet ermengarde. But he's a wild racist, and much is eye rolling. Highly recommended reading.

Every story in this book has a wonderful introduction by the editor, joshi, giving dates of publication and full particulars for each tale. If you're a fan of lovecraft, this is a no-brainer.

The cover and protective case is designed beautifully with cthulhu on the front. It's refreshing to see on the slipcase an illustration of cthulhu that actually looks like cthulhu for a change. The hardcover book is great quality and very ornate.

This anthology isn't for the faint of heart. Great set of stories. Really fun reading a handful of short stories in the collection.
