This also works great for working out if you’re working out i recommend you only wear the compression shirt and speaking of the shirt despite it being 112° it feels like this thing is not on it’s very breathable and won’t make yoo hot

I strictly followed the size chart i put it on from my feet to my chest as the instructions say it doesnt fit me not even close
