Pros

I believe that everything in this pack is sturdy and not flimsy or cheaply made. I also like how it comes with the drawstring bag so everything can be easily carried to the gym. The cable ankle straps are also pretty sturdy.

The bar pad is great for hip thrusting! Provides comfort and prevents the bar crushing my hip area. This set is pretty easy to use and has a pouch where you can hold everything.

The band is a medium strength, and i love the ankle straps for cable kickbacks! The resistance band fits comfortably without all of the rolling up/down. Gym members have complimented me that i purchased these.

Cons

Female, no power lifter, and they just didnt hold up. Ankle bracelets are weak. Bag even rips after catching on the velcro.
