Pros

Everything in this pack is sturdy and not flimsy or cheaply made. The barbell pad comes with the drawstring bag so everything can be easily carried to the gym.

The band is a medium strength, and i love the ankle straps for cable kickbacks! The resistance band fits comfortably without all of the rolling up/down. It's a great bundle for fist time gym equipment.

Product is great! Love it. Quality appear good. No complaints.

Cons

Female, no power lifter, and they just didnt hold up. Ankle bracelets are weak. Bag even rips after catching on the velcro.
