The velcro strap is detaching from the glove at the the seam where it is sewn on after just 3 weeks of light use

I received mine with a defect but the customer service was phenomenal they offered a refund or free replacement

I responded that i meant to order pink but ordered green by accident my mistake but i received xl instead of large
