So after putting a wax paper in adding the ground beef and pressing the burger i flipped it over into my hand in preparation of slapping it on the cutting board to get the burger out which was supposedly going to get stuck in the press

Sometimes moulding burgers by hand can be tedious work with inaccurate consistencies

This press does not specify the weight of hamburger produced but if you fill it well enough it’s a 14 lbs quarter pound hamburger patty
