Update after installing new firmware from gw security it now captures a snapshot in high resolution which looks fantastic

The reason its only getting 3 stars is that i bought this so i could grab high resolution snapshot images to process sadly what is returned from the browser snapshot cmd is terrible in resolution and quality way worse than 4mp ip cameras i was using before

If youre going to document that you support snapshots at least supply them in the quality and resolution of the main stream that the camera supports

The returned snapshot image media info states snap jpeg image 3840 × 2160 pixels scaled 46 but the quality looks like a 320x240 cgi monitor from years past

The other negatives are it requires flash player in a browser to get live view which most browsers block due to security reasons it also doesnt support ftp push of images when movement detected only appears to support email
