Even though i bought it from amazon they still have consider thats their product they had made an appointment for my preference time but i wasnt able to make it but they still have rescheduled me for later time and did troubleshoot on all my camera system and whatever was bad replace it at no cost

We drew up a layout plan and calculated where each of the 8 60 and 8 100 cables had to be installed in the attic

We had to cut off some of the rj45 connectors because the inner diameters for the conduit was too small to fit through

We crimped on platinum 34passthrough34 rj45 connectors for cat5e cables and verified that all of them were good

After mounting and connecting everything we powered up the system and had some issues with the mobile app showing that the nvr and devices were not connecting and were off line

We had to reconfigure our network by replacing an old 4port switch with a new 8 port switch to get the system to connect
