Setup was a breeze particularly in light of the fact that gw still does not have an updated manual for the latest version of gw5508npg which apparently just started shipping

As i now understand it ip camera systems are inherently different from analog cameras even with respect to recording

Jamie apolologized for the outofdate manual and admitted that she was not entirely up to speed on the newer model

Nonetheless she answered many of my questions and took the time to remote in to my pc and helped me tweak the camera settings and even setup a static ip configuration in my router so i could access the remote software from any pc

Otherwise i would be dependent on my iphone or ipad for remote reviewing which brings me to that software
