I had few issues with couple of cameras but meleane promptly responded and worked on to resolve those problems

We had a break in a couple weeks ago and our security camera at the time had nothing but blurry images and unusable video quality

We pulled up the video footage on the front computer to the exact time she came in and you could clearly see not only that she was handing a card to us but the color of the card was so clear you could tell it was a drivers license

Thankfully it also showed us handing it back to her after verifying her id and she apologized for throwing a tantrum

I tried manually putting in the ip addresses for the camera and it was not liking it

I am happy with the performance of the cameras themselves this is an upgrade of a previously installed system
