Its not some lab grade microscope dont think youre getting a supersonic piece of professional equipment in a little white box from china that cant even spell microscope properly on the front

It installed with no problems and no software load just plug and play and when i opened the camera app on windows 8 it was operating

Dont get frustrated with it you have to hold the button then turn the focus wheel to get it to work
