Pros

Gutermann is my favorite and this cone is just so much less expensive than purchasing the smaller spools. First experience with gutermann. Always great quality with this brand.

Worked will for quilting. Smaller spoils are for too stitching, but i can get most of my sewing done without running out mid project.

Love the gutermann cotton thread and it is my first choice for machine quilting and piecing

Very hard to find but if i am going to take the time to construct a fine garment i only want to use high quality natural thread

I do a lot of both on a hadiquilter and a bernina and have far fewer breakages and tension problems with gutermann than any other threads
