Pros

I eat a vegetarian diet which is why i decided to add the zinc. It takes the gas and blotting out of my stomach, and helps with digestion problems.

If you have bloating, upset stomach, constipation, etc…this is a must-try. Leaves your stomach feeling less bloat. My stomach feels less irritable and stuffy.
