When i first tried using it it didn’t work so well to be completely honest but then i realized my plug in for the cord was really poor quality so it wasn’t the diffuser’s fault

When the diffuser first arrived it did not work the box was in good shape but it might have had a bad experience during shipping

We went through some more troubleshooting questions and when it still didnt work she sent me out a replacement and a return label for the defective unit
