Only two ingredients are organic. I've also been constipated. Instead of methyl folate, he includes the cheap and ineffective for many of us (also damaging) pharmaceutical grade folic acid.
This is the worst tasting thing i have ever tasted. It tastes like it is packed full of artificial sweeteners. The stevia creates an off-putting extra sweet taste.
Tried to unsubscribe from the mailing list. Their support hot line is a big farce. And cancelled my vital reds subscription.

He checked out the first two they were opened sealed broken and it was yellowish and no delightful smell however the third jar was stilled sealed he opened it and it was reddish with a delightful berry smell
