It feels cleaner. I like that these are compact, it probably gives it better maneuverability. Soft enough for my swollen gum. But these surpass colgate in my opinion.

The company makes a medium firmness, but amazon doesn't carry it. I suppose they are safe, but i am always loath to put things in my mouth that are made in china.

The toothbrush is too soft. Blue extended bristles are only around perimeter of brush head - not as effective. The two bristles on the bottom of the toothbrush has the same color that the bristles in the middle.
