Pros

I use all these products and they help immensely. It's worth every penny. Very clear instructions come with the products.

I am in my 60's and my gums are receding. Helps with receding gums and actually whitens my teeth. Also using their other two products (mouthwash and tooth powder) also excellent and amazing products.

Cons

The taste is awful. It's thick, and salty, and slightly fishy. My gums and teeth are exactly the same as day one. I'm not sure how other people are giving this thing glowing reviews.
