The arms rotate for adjustment and it is necessary to manipulate them to have access to the screws for installation. Easy to install and really sturdy. They are super easy to mount, they come with a sticker guide.

Cons

For under 10 bucks you get what you pay for, but the misleading picture is disappointing. Wasted my money. Very sad. Does not come with the superior style screw in anchors as shown in the first picture of the listing.
