Pros
Way better than a footstool. Less distracting than having an odd looking gizmo.
Cons
Footstools give me backaches and are just a pain to deal with in general. It has a strap that goes around your thigh, but it's not adjustable, and was too-tight on my 'cyclist-thigh' smells awful, loaded with chemicals.

This helps to elevate both my acoustic and electric guitars to achieve a better playing posture but the elastic wraparound strap is not adjustable and felt like a tourniquet it should be adjustable as i am of average weight
