Pros & Cons
Pros
Unlike old manual strapons this guy makes it easy to pop on/pop off in a matter of seconds. Very easy to reposition. Powerful clamping action. The pouch it came in is very nice.
Nordic deluxe capo is the best i have tried. Great product so far. This is the nicest, prettiest, most effective capo i have ever used.
A very aesthetically pleasing capo and works perfectly. Like the silicone pads. The deluxe model has a nicer finish and radiused edges.
This capo is a great value and seems very sturdy and reliable. I have a ukulele capo that works nicely but this one feels like better quality.
Cons
Capo is well constructed but is not a good capo for banjos. It's oversized and pulls my strings out of tune. There was no way to adjust this without either e string being muffled.
Highlights
Quality
Very well made and easy to adjust
This seems well made and i have not had any issues with it
In the joint where it clamps to the neck its totally unpadded metal
Once you line it up and get it clamped on its absolutely rock solid with those thick rubber pads
Price
Usually reserved for high purchases like the whole guitar
A great little product at a modest price
Expensive as capos go but why use anything less on my d28 martin
Its more expensive than others but probably not worth it
Shipping
It came quickly and very well packaged
I received an email directly from the seller upon purchase that shows me they have very up front and caring customer service if needed
Packaging/appearance
The pouch it came in is very nice
Bought it in black and it looks good too though that wasn’t a musthave
Competitiveness
Better than the f brand that shares its name with a car part
Nordic would be a whole lot better off if they offered several different models one for guitars with wide flat fingerboard one... Read More
