Pros

This book gives you the tools to lay the groundwork to start your skills. Made learning the guitar not so terrifying. Not only is this a very cost and time efficient way to learn the guitar.

Damon does a good job introducing the different concepts about the guitar. It also introduces a bunch of different music genres. The videos are super informative and interactive.

Cons

Pages are not sizable, so on a phone it's not readable. Only a handful of videos match the book and most videos referenced in the book are not even available to view.

A perusal of many internet videos confirms this. He uses chords like f7 and bm7 that are very difficult for a beginner to play. Then you go to the video and all it is is a heavy drumbeat.
