I bought this part along with some other basic cheap parts to revamp an old cheap pstyle bass guitar i literally found laying in dirt that was destined for a landfill

The machining was good however the hidden gear mechanism was a little sloppy

I have a box of rubber orings probably got at harbour freight and i found if a 516 oring was slid up the string shaft and into the cylindrical sleeve by screwing the nut piece on to tighten it became less wobbly when installed
