Pros
Fits nice and snug once zipped up and does not make noticeable noise after sheets are on.
The two-sided material is a bright white, soft but crisp fabric on the outside with the waterproofing on the inside. The seams are double stitched and encased. It's waterproof but it doesn't feel like plastic.
Cons
This product is loud. It sounds like a plastic table cloth rubbing against fabric. Ripped on about 2 inches near the zipper end.

Protector trapped a lot of water that wasnt spun out during wash cycle so made a bit of a water mess taking it out

The plastic lining is on the inside so you dont notice it at all on the bed itself
