A 3 foot cord generally means an extension cord is required. My neighbor sets it off with their porch light at 50 feet when my setting is for 13 feet.
Customer service is amazing. Got a replacement right away. Arrived next day with amazon prime 1 day delivery - well packaged.
Celcius or colder is not uncommon here. It's worked in extreme cold temps too.
Cons
Sensor is completely useless. The receiver is great but the sensor is garbage. The alarm is very clunky and awkward.
