Use with lubrication and to complete your rehab regiment. It makes it so much more easy and efficient to massage harsh tissues.
I love this product, it fit's incredibly well in the hand. Great edge and angle use with this one for strong results without hand fatigue. This knife saves me $60 for 15 minutes of gradton knives.
Cons
Came cracked, damaged, very disappointing. It's too small.

Two sides one is a smooth rounded edge and the other side a beveled edge better for scraping
