Pros

Love the fruity flavors the most, they go down easier for me. The selection of flavors is both tasty and fun (especially s'mores and salted caramel). The chocolate is amazing.

The gu provides energy and didn't cause any stomach upset or distress. Take every 45 minutes to an hour when running for time on race day. Those include 20, 20 & 40 mg caffeine respectively. The caffeine one is good in the morning.

Hiked for 2 hours non stop. I was also hydrated and stopped at every water/powerade station along the way. It definitely gets me through a long dirt bike ride.

These are great for fueling long runs. When riding horses one cannot always pack a sandwich. I eat these when i run my mud runs.

Cons

All gels are sort of weirdly viscous. This was like shampoo with sugar in it.

Easy to swallow and really noticed an increase in my energy

Works great for cycling energy take after 45 minutes and my cramp issues have also subsided

Chomps are ok but they seem to stick to my teeth and after 3 hours my teeth feel horrible

The consistency is like a thick honey color is nonexistent other than cloudyopaque general white appearance

Price

They were my first ones and i do not think i will ever try anything else they work great just slightly expensive

Just curious why my box of them came already open

Love the berry flavor though and the packet is easy to use while running
