Pros

The sw22 is light enough to use. It is light and easy to manoeuvre. It's lightweight, so easy to use & i'm on crutches.

Easy to manoeuvre, holds its charge well. It is quick to recharge and takes up little space. Battery takes a long time to charge fully but that's okay as i just leave overnight. It runs for ages and doesn't need charging that often.

Cons

There seems to be a release button missing as there is a hole on the connecting piece for insertion. Customer service are unhelpful and when things go wrong they except you to repair the product. Sent straight back for a refund. My refurbished old vax... Read More

The only reason i am posting this review is to prevent others being as disappointed as i am with this product. After reading a lot of very positive reviews, it's disappointing to say the least. Won't be purchasing this brand again.
