When first opening the box there is a small instruction manual that is a little hard to read in some parts because of the broken english but nothing too unreadable

You just set the radio station and the blue tooth station to the same frequency and then enable blue tooth on your phone

The blue tooth says pairing when its connecting and paired once its paired
