In terms of a daily scenario typical things i would use this for are as follows a pedometer a silent alarm vibrates your wrist take a peek at my phones notifications and occasionally to pick up calls

One thing i am yet to do but will look into doing is putting a free sim in this phone and using call forwarding from my mobile to ping this watch

This means if i dont have my phone with me or i left it at homein the car i can still potentially pick up a phone call
