Pros & Cons
Pros
Taurus has a thicker, teardrop shaped blade which is at its best when pushing material directly into the front of the blade. Side cuts are a little slower, but it gets glossed over by rapid forward pressure cuts.
Using mylar pattern glued on glass eliminates wash out problem. It's a bit pricey considering all the plastic parts but it is a specialty item.
Cons
Not throwing away any more money on this worthless junk. I constantly have to replace the blade which is $50 and up. It's been a money pit and i'm done.

One thing to not is that it does put out a lot of water to keep the blade cool so you definitely will need markstay or some similar product to keep your lines from washing away i havent yet tried petroleum jelly so i have no idea whether it works so i stick with markstay since i know its made specifically to be used with glassworking equipment
