This has the same brightness and tone as your glass 1141 stock bulb only possibly brighter and no heat no led blue tint just bright white just like the original

Cant use original plastic bulb covers but they dont get hot so i see no need

Found out that one 3 bulb fixture in the rv is wired backwards because of the polarity thing
