I was engrossed in this book from the second i opened it even though it was ultimately a deep dive into the science of nutrition and wellness it read almost like a novel

Added to this there is also a nice balance to lighten things up and provide some humor as the author shares some personal anecdotes and experiences from her life to make the book feel wellrounded
