I will not bauy this product again because of the paraben but it is a great product

Seems ridiculous to pay and wait for shipping when i live here

I only use half a capful once a month and i have no issues
And for those are looking for a paraben free formula this is not the one

You have to follow the instructions and not use a lot of the protein product most is a capful if you have super long thick hair

I am writing this review to let people know that cutting your damaged hair off is not necessarily the answer

For some people sure if you have damaged your hair past a certain point then yes you will need to cut it but unless you are doing bleaching or perms on your hair you likely will not be damaging it to the point of no repair

Unless your hair is badly damaged all you will be doing is causing build up onto your hair which is why some people love it and some people didnt get good results
