It works very well in my gf vegan muffins. It reacts the way almond flour does, and not like coconut that absorbs too much liquid. Great for smoothies. Blends well in blender for my morning protein shake.

Gives a quick pickup to baked goods. Meets my expectations. Packaging is a bit sloppy.

Cons

Unfortunately cannot return for replacement or refund. Buyer beware you could possibly lose your $18.

The combination distorts recognition of any specific taste. Like a damp basement. Put it in my compost pile.

I put it in meals for my children to add nutrient value

I opened and placed in an air tight container in the refrigerator

They probably need to rethink making a cleanerneater packaging fill without the above zip lock debris which is not clean
