Pros

Love love love. It’s so pretty to look at especially when it is filled with deliciousness! Initially the first one was cracked, but got a perfect one 3 days later. A little costly, but well worth the price.

Cons

One of the 2 purchased is letting water into the first glass lining (where air is between the glass sides) this means the seal is broken. The diameter of the mug is larger than the steeper. The inner wall of glass is very thin and extremely fragile.

Box doesn't even give a dos and don't. Absolutely zero drop tolerance.
