Pros

Silicon washer / flat o-ring gasket is of very good quality. Just right for brewing. Provides a good seal function.

They hold up very well to compressive forces and heat. Works great with fender style strap button, but not so much with gibson strap button style guitar.

Works as advertised. As described and delivered on time. Works well.

Good value in this 100-pack. Would recommend, and buy again. Quality and price are excellent.

Cons

Not a favorite. Does not work on guitar straps anymore, apparently.

In order to make good quality water the seal has to withstand a fair amount of pressure more so than just making beer
