Pros

The rubber padding is excellent though. I wish they had a similar rubberized version for smaller hands. A couple sets of 12 to 15 reps works for me.

This is the only product that has helped me rehab a difficult forearm injury. After 3 wrist surgeries this is the one i always used for rehab and build strength. It also strengthens your forearm muscles.

Cons

The keys stick and bind making the exercises impossible. But the same tension is provided for the pointer and the pinky and you cannot change it.
